- Please write in a clear and polite manner and provide clear references.- Payments must be made upfront.- Please make sure to confirm all relevant details of your commission with me before payment.- If you are under the age of 18, you must have your parent’s or guardian’s permission to commission me. I will not accept NSFW or fetish commissions from minors.
- All changes are allowed as long as I have not started the sketch yet.- My process consists of the following stages: Sketch, Line Art, Flat Colors, and Shading. You may request any changes you need during the sketch stage. After that, please keep changes relevant to the stage I am currently working on.- You will receive updates for each stage listed above. I will only proceed to the next stage after receiving your approval for the current WIP.- It is the client’s responsibility to carefully review each WIP update and inform me of any changes or corrections they consider necessary. Once a stage is approved, it will be considered finalized, and major changes requested afterward may be subject to additional fees.- If I miss any previously discussed details (such as markings or specific features), you are welcome to notify me and I will fix them at no additional cost.- If small adjustments are needed after delivery, you have 30 days after receiving the final file to request changes at no extra charge. This does not include elements that were not discussed during the commission process or shown in the reference sheet.
- The commission turnaround time usually ranges from two to six weeks after payment, depending on the complexity of the piece. You will be informed in advance if a longer time frame is expected.- In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible.- If you need your commission completed in less than two weeks or by a specific date, this must be discussed at the time of ordering. A priority fee may apply.
- I retain full rights to reproduce and display the artwork as I see fit, unless a private commission is requested. Credit for the character design will always be given to you.- Private commissions are subject to an additional fee.- You may repost the artwork on any platform, provided that proper credit is given.- The client receives non-commercial usage rights only. For commercial usage, please contact me beforehand.- My artwork must not be used to train artificial intelligence (AI) models, machine learning systems, or datasets, nor be used in AI-assisted animations, image generation, or similar tools, under any circumstances.- Clients may request a posting preference (such as posting the artwork before I do). However, after that, I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork on my own social media and portfolio.
- Payments are made via PayPal or Bank Transfer. A invoice will be sent and must be completed before work begins.- If a payment plan is needed, this must be discussed and agreed upon in advance.- Upon completion, you will receive the high-resolution digital file for posting, along with any additional variants if previously agreed upon.- No high-resolution files will be delivered before full payment is received.
- Please notify me as soon as possible if you need to cancel a commission. Refunds will be calculated based on the amount of work already completed.- Once the commission has reached the shading stage or has been completed, no refunds will be issued.
